Meet Our Founder
The British Protocol Academy was founded by Eric Francis Manu, an expert in etiquette, international protocol, and diplomacy. Drawing from years of real-world experience and ceremonial training, Eric created BPA to pass on the knowledge, standards, and skills needed in today’s global professional and diplomatic spaces.
His work with royal families, government bodies, private institutions, and entrepreneurs has shaped a curriculum that’s as relatable as it is rigorous—training people not just for the role they’re in, but for the one they’re stepping into.
